What is your return policy for technical clothing?
We offer a 123-day return window. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, some technical climbing hardware cannot be returned.
How do I care for my waterproof jackets?
To maintain performance, we recommend washing with a technical cleaner like Nikwax. Avoid ordinary detergents and fabric softeners, as these can damage the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, our Alpine Bond covers all products against defects in manufacturing and materials for the reasonable lifetime of the item. If it fails, we will repair, replace, or refund it.
Can I track my international delivery?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package's journey until it reaches your door.
